I cannot get any PC game to start!

I can't start any game on my computer, There is no message that comes up or anything. I put in a new video card and everything, I have played games on it before though, this is a new problem. This probably wont help me any trying to post this because I have no clue about the problem.... Please help ask me the info you need, I will answer anything! I just want my games back...:(

I bought a new video card, and i have played games on it. I threw that comment in because i know its not a video card problem. I can't start any games any more and I don't know why. The only game I can play is quake 3... pweeZe help :puzzled:

what games wont play ? have u updated the drivers for that new video card u got ? give us more info.
