Picked up SOFII on the way home and it won't run on this vid card.

Its telling me there is no OpenGL drivers. I loaded the latest drivers and there are no options for OpenGL, they are grayed out. Does the GF4 Ti4400 support OpenGL? If it does how do you configure it?

Looks like a discontinued card... worest there is not info on it in the leaktek site.. only for the 4200 n 4600....... maybe it was a troubled card?

U could try tweaking SOF2's Inf to activate OpenGL if its like UT Inf file. Or registry tweak perhaps? i think the drivers r not reading the card properly. It aslo could be due to the card's bios.... who knows...

What OS is this in?
Installing the latest Detontators from NVidia should install OpenGL if it's not there already...

From http://www.opengl.org:
OpenGL v1.1 software runtime is included as part of operating system for WinXP, Windows 2000, Windows 98, Windows 95 (OSR2) and Windows NT. So you only need to download this if you think your copy is somehow missing . The OpenGL v1.1 libraries are also available as the self-extracting archive file from the Microsoft Site via HTTP or FTP.

OpenGL v1.2, 1.3 or 1.4 are included with the drivers for your OpenGL video cards. So you only need to make sure you have the latest OpenGL driver for your video card. Each OpenGL accelerator manufacturer writes their own OpenGL drivers. So if you need a new or updated driver, go to the manufacturer's web site for your OpenGL accelerator board and download and install their latest OpenGL driver.
