I am haveing some real problems with these files causing lag in certain games i try to run on xp ....i have done just about everything possible and having no luck ...can some one please help :mad:

I would create a normal user for your XP box, and play under that. If you login as an administrator you have all kinds of stuff running that isn't necessary. I have heard if you use just a normal user, it might help a bit.
